Teacher Training

A short sharp focused workshop of content. Up to 2 hours of relationships and sex education training for your school team. These workshops are intended for staff with some levels of previous experience or existing training. They look at a specific topic in detail and give attendees skills and activities they can immediately use. These workshops will be designed to meet a specific need. Common topics include the new 2025 DfE guidance, naked picture sharing, HIV advances in treatment and prevention.

A condensed shot of content

A full day of teacher training, designed to cover everything from relationships and sex education principles, current government legislation and advanced subject knowledge (laws, HIV, AI, consent, VAWG etc). This is core RSE training for staff with little to no previous experience and training. Attendees will learn both the basics and complex contemporary issues, such as the rise in peer on peer sexual abuse. It includes an updated section on the 2025 DfE RS(H)E guidance for English schools.

This package includes a review of a school’s existing RSE curriculum and policy. A staff, student and carer/parent consultation. A written report summarising the findings. A parent/carer information event and short staff briefing on key findings. Plus, a full day of bespoke training for staff based on the finding. Training to cover core competencies of RSE and any  areas for development identified by the consultation. Perfect for schools reviewing their RSE as part of the applying the new 2025 DfE guidance.
